  • Service providers: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) to deliver emails from our contact form. AWS receives the information you submit in order to transmit it to us.   • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: If MJ Labs is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by updating this Privacy Policy before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
